Can I Modify My Order?
If you have any modification requests, please email us at return.mitr@gmail.com or message us via Live chat within 24 hours after you placed the order.
When Will The Order Be Sent After Placing The Order?
Normally the order will be sent within 1-2 days after the payment confirmation has been received. The payment confirmation received before 1.00 PM, the order will be sent the same day. Otherwise the order will be sent the next day.
Can I Exchange Or Refund The Order?
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Also the product is still in good condition, and unwashed. Initially please email us at return.mitr@gmail.com
*The shipping cost of the return product is not covered by Mitr.
How Can I Measure The Size?
The size chart is provided in every product . The size measurement unit is inch. If you are not sure about the size, please contact us in Live chat or email to mitr.sales@gmail.com
Do You Make To Order For The Extra Size?
Sorry, currently we are not make to order special sizes.
What Is The Shipping Option Do You Have?
International shipping is serviced by DHL. For local shipping is free of charge. For Messenger delivery, we can only book delivery, the shipping fee will be cash on delivery. (Note: Messenger delivery is applicable in Bangkok only.)
How Can I Track The Order?
